北师大SIFE赛扶协会

北京师范大学赛扶协会（SIFEBNU）致力于通过可持续性的商业模式运作来发展项目服务社区。并在此过程中通过自身领导力、团队精神和沟通能力的提升来培养下一代的企业家和商界领袖去创造美好世界。
北京师范大学赛扶协会（SIFEBNU）始建于2003年，经过七年的历练和经验的积累，已经成为了一支团结，坚韧且颇具发展潜力的队伍。我们目前由七位核心成员与60位队员组成，并仍在以每年15%的速度扩大团队规模。核心成员包括，一位主席，一位副主席与五个部门经理，大家在团队中各司其职，各尽所长。每学期，我们都会民主选出新一届的核心成员，而老成员们虽已离开团队，仍继续为新成员，新项目提供帮助与宝贵建议，并分享他们在赛扶中工作与生活的经验。
北师赛扶发展至今，已经成功运作6个项目，受益人群达到两千人以上。其中,“黑暗之光”、“尔玛秀”、“沙漠之光”项目均取得了很好的经济效益和社会反响，并且凭借这些优秀的项目，北师赛扶分别在比赛中获得了全国16强，全国32强和全国20强的好成绩。
Beijing Normal University SIFE dedicates itself to serving its community by developing projects with sustainable business methods. At the same time, it aims to improve its leadership, team spirit and communication ability to preparing the next generation of entrepreneurs and business leaders to create a better world for everyone.
SIFE BNU was founded in 2003. With 7-years hands-on experience, SIFEBNU is now a prosperous and sustainable team. With an average of 15% promotion rate each year, SIFEBNU is now composed of 7 core members, 60 staffs. In our team structure，there are one president, one vice president, and five departments. Depending on job specification, each core member is assigned for different duties. We elected new core members prior to our new semester. We also kept a team roster of all the pre-members. They continued to give us valuable suggestions and share their experience.
SIFEBNU has successfully operated six projects, benefiting more than two thousand people. What’s more, the projects "Back To Sunshine", "Erma Show", "Light Of Desert" have had good effects on economic and social area. Due to these projects, our team has won a few of outstanding achievements in National competitions every year.
